A. Membership Terms

Membership Overview

By subscribing to our monthly plan (389 AED/month), you are entitled to up to two home-service visits and 12 service credits per billing cycle.

Extra Credits & Pricing
• If you require more than 12 credits in a month, each extra credit costs 25 AED.
• Unused credits cannot be rolled over—except where service unavailability prevents you from redeeming them (see Service Limitations).

Booking & Discounts
• Book your services via WhatsApp (+971 58 278 9920) or phone (+971 4 277 6181).
• As a member, you automatically receive discounted rates on any services beyond your included credits.

Billing & Payment
• Your membership fee of 389 AED is billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up.
• Payment must be completed before you can access that month’s services.

Cancellation of Membership
• Cancel anytime by sending written notice via email, WhatsApp, or through our website.
• Cancellation takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle; no further membership fees will be charged.

Refund for Membership Issues
• If you encounter significant service issues, you may request a refund within 7 days of the affected service.
• Once approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method; please allow 10–45 calendar days for your bank to post the credit.

Liability & Service Limitations
• We strive for timely, high-quality service, but availability may vary by schedule and location.
• If we cannot fulfill any credit due to our own unavailability, those credits will be transferred to your next cycle.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays or interruptions beyond our control.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted here and communicated before your next billing date.

Acceptance
By signing up or paying the membership fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

B. General Terms
Domicile & Governing Law
United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE law.

Payment Methods & Currency
We accept Visa and MasterCard. All prices and charges are in UAE Dirhams (AED), and the same amount and currency will appear on your transaction receipt and card statement.

Sanctions
We do not provide services to, or transact with, any individual, entity, or jurisdiction sanctioned by OFAC or other applicable authorities.

Age Restriction
Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to register or transact on this website.

Transaction Records
Cardholders must retain copies of all transaction records and comply with our merchant policies and the rules of the card schemes.

Account Confidentiality
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and any activity under their account.

Website Ownership
This website is owned, maintained, and operated by Las Meninas Beauty Salon & SPA, a company duly registered in the UAE under our trade license.

Price Consistency
The price and currency displayed at checkout will match exactly the amount charged to your card.

Privacy Policy
We do not store, sell, share, rent, or lease your credit/debit card details or any personally identifiable information to third parties.

Your card details are transmitted securely to our payment gateway provider and are not passed on to any other party.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption, firewalls, access controls) to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites linked from ours; please review their policies directly.

This Privacy Policy may be updated; please revisit it to stay informed of any changes.

No travel or delivery fees beyond the credit-based pricing above.

Payment Confirmation
You will receive confirmation by SMS and email within 1 hour of successful payment.

Refund Policy
Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

Request window: within 7 days of the affected service.

Processing: within 7 business days of approval; allow 10–45 calendar days for your bank.

Valid reasons: wrong service, defective or materially different service.

Non-refundable: “change of mind” or services marked non-refundable (clearly indicated at booking).

Cancellation & Replacement Policy
Appointment Cancellations
• Free cancellation or rescheduling if made ≥ 24 hours before your slot.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows forfeit the credit.

Membership Cancellation
• Cancel anytime via email, WhatsApp, or our website.
• Takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Non-Cancellable Services
Certain last-minute or premium services may be non-cancellable; you will be informed at booking.
